*** INTRODUCING NEW CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PLAN ***
For the 2012/2013 season we are pleased to announce that we now offer a credit card payment plan for registration fees. The earlier you register, the more opportunity you have for smaller monthly payments. Register between June 17th and June 30th to get the most out of the program by making the initial payment and then 5 scheduled monthly payments.
All members using the credit card payment plan will be fully paid by November 16, 2012.

Registration for the 2012-2013 hockey season will open on June 8, 2012 - July 31, 2012
Late registrations will be accepted based on availability and a late fee is in effect August 1st. Complete the online registration and pay by credit card to complete the registration and to be consider fully registered.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE - SHAW MEADOWS DEADLINE AUGUST 1st
If you are registering after August 1st your forms are due immediately.
You are not considered registered until the completed forms are handed in

If after reviewing the registration document you still have questions, email the Registrar.
Final Reminders;
1) When registering your child please use their "legal name" i.e. enter Cameron NOT Cam.
2) Have your Hockey Canada user name & password ready
3) ALL applicable credits will appear at the end of your invoice. If it does not, 
and contact the Registrar
4) Be sure your credit card expiry date is later than November 16, 2012 to be eligible for the new payment plan. If it is not contact your bank prior to registering.
