HOCKEY CALGARY / HOCKEY CANADA
Hockey Canada has a great managers manual that provides information to aid Team Managers in the smooth operation of the team by discussing the need to delegate and by identifying key topics that the Team Manager will need to address. Hockey Calgary suggests that every hockey association passes this document on to their team managers.
Numerous appendices including samples, templates and a glossary of terms are included to assist the Team Manager in pre-planning and organization. Many of the appendices are active documents that you can download and customize it to fit your own team needs.
